Charles E. Williams II is currently the Senior Director of Service Strategy and Collaboration Engineering for NBCUniversal. In this role, he’s responsible for creating service strategies primarily focused on DevOps transformation and Enterprise Collaboration Services. He has worked for NBCUniversal for 9 years, having previously worked in various industries including healthcare, consulting, application development and insurance. Charles is a native of Chicago, IL but has lived in Southern California for most of the last 15 years. He and his wife Jennifer have three children ages 8, 6, 3 and spend their free time split between the kid’s soccer field and vacationing.
