Complete your registration for the conference and check box the Visa button during registration checkout. See below for the visa-related refund policy.
If you need to request a refund due to a visa denial:
- Open your Rising Stars 2026 registration confirmation email.
- Click the “Click here to Modify your Registration” link.
- Under the “My Registration” tab, choose to modify or cancel your registration.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please ensure your payment card is able to accept international refunds.
All refund and cancellation requests must also be received no later than December 12, 2025. A US$50 administrative fee will be deducted from each refund.
