He became the chairman of Aesthetic Advertising in 2014 where he uses his search engine optimization expertness to connect products, ideas, or services to the rest of the world by strategically positioning their website on the first page of Google which in turns more leads, traffic, and sales for such products. In 2021, Earp joined Ghost Drive as a Co-Founder serving as the Chief Executive Officer.
