Sonita Lontoh is currently the CMO/Global Head of Marketing for HP’s new, high-growth 3D
Printing & Digital Manufacturing business. Sonita has almost two decades of experience
focusing on how new innovative technologies such as Industrial IoT, 3D Printing, Big Data,
Advanced Robotics and Artificial Intelligence are enabling digital transformation in various
industries. Her experience spans both new, high-growth businesses within Fortune 100 global
companies (HP, Siemens, PG&E) and venture-backed Silicon Valley technology companies.
Outside of work, Sonita is passionate about advancing more women in technology and in
increasing global cross-collaborations between the U.S. and emerging countries. Her work and
thought leadership have been recognized by the White House, the U.S. State Department, the
Government of Indonesia and published by the World Economic Forum, Forbes, CNN,
Bloomberg and others. Sonita is a notable MIT Women Alumna, and an inductee into the
national Asian American Hall of Fame and the Women in Manufacturing Hall of Fame.
Sonita earned her Master of Engineering degree from the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology (MIT), her M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern
University, and her B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University
of California, Berkeley.
