She educates and enables Intel’s Executive Management Team on the IP Ecosystem and critical business decisions. Heather is a proven leader with over 17 years of experience in strategic, technical engagements, driving business processes and efficiencies across highly-matrixed, dynamic, ambiguous and global organizations. She also has deep technical backgrounds of digital and high-speed analog semiconductor circuit design, System on Chip (SoC) & Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design, debug and PCB manufacturing. She captures and distills complex information into consumable formats for both technical and executive forums. Heather is a passionate leader in continuing to innovate and change the world.
