Bio

Matt is an expert in applying CAD tools to analyze and solve high frequency circuit design problems.  He develops technical material to present to broad audiences, leads courses and seminars to educate engineering field teams, and meets with customers to address specific design challenges.  Matt also directs multiple software R&D teams to implement new features in the design tools, and helps to mature these features into useful applications for hardware engineers.

Matt received his BSEE from Penn State University in 2001 and his MSEE and MBA from Arizona State University in 2010. From 2001 to 2005, he worked at the MITRE Corporation in Bedford, MA, as an Integrated Electronics Engineer, designing RFICs and discrete RF and Microwave circuits.  From 2005-2013, he worked at Skyworks Solutions in Santa Rosa, CA, designing, developing, and testing high volume multiband power amplifier and front end modules for wireless handsets. He joined Keysight in 2013.
